ok i feel worse today

jeff worked on my hamstrings which massacred me cos of my injury

and he worked to kill me with the arms.

GRRRR... i'll look like an idiot who has no control over his arms and legs tomorrow at the wedding.

i have no idea why. but i'm looking forward to saturday. i need to keep my mind off things for a while i guess.
